Your Massage Session Awaits
Jen Renaud
Licensed Massage Therapist
Our systems are all connected. Our bodies hold our stories as we process our feelings and digest our lives. Often times, our day-to-day patterns show up as pain, tension, or decreased range of motion - leaving us feeling stiff, stuck or depleted. Repetitive movements leave us feeling imbalanced and stress often leads to an activated nervous system with holding patterns that we may or may not be aware of.
Through therapeutic massage, my mission is to meet you where you are and support you to feel balanced. I invite you to take up space in your body, to settle into connection with yourself and attend to the rhythm of your own breath.
I meet my clients with compassion, non-judgement and deep listening. Together we collaborate with intention to determine how to best support your soft tissue needs. My experience as an educator, yoga teacher and providing behavioral health services has informed my approach to holding space for others and it is an absolute honor to support you through this therapeutic practice.

Session
Your session will begin with a review of your medical history and determining a treatment goal. Sessions consist of a full body massage, focused area work, or a combination of both. Focused area work provides more in-depth attention and time for certain parts of the body that may require extra support. During intake, you may opt for a full body massage, an upper or lower body focus, or identify a few specific areas that you want prioritized. We will discuss how you are feeling, your preferences, and we will customize a session to meet your needs.
60 minutes - $110 | Recommended for a full body massage. Also good for an upper or lower body massage with focused area work on 1-2 areas of the body.
75 minutes - $120 | Recommended for full body massage combined with focused area work on 1-2 parts of the body.
90 minutes - $130 | Recommended for full body massage combined with focused area work on 2-3 areas of the body.
Safe touch and informed consent are essential and a collaborative approach between massage therapist and client is most beneficial. You may be prompted to breathe or provide feedback on sensation and pressure. Most importantly, you are encouraged to speak up and share your reflections or preferences throughout your session.
